Healthy Recipe Pinoy Bean Salad

The Benefits Bean  Green beans (green beans) have the same nutritional benefits other common grains such as beans, mung beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, and Navy beans. Common beans are low in fat and offer an excellent source of protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates. They are also a very good source of folic acid and molybdenum. they provide significant amounts of iron, phosphorus, magnesium, manganesese, and potassium.
Enjoy one of these healthy recipe Bean Salad Pinoy for a nutritious diet low in fat and high in fiber to the summer lunch.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vinegar local
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce (patis)
150 grams cooked in Baguio (green) beans
2 slices of tomato
2 slices of boiled egg
Instructions:
Make the sauce: Mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar local, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce (patis) until the sugar dissolves.  Set aside. Prepare a tray of 150 grams cooked in Baguio (green) beans, sliced 2 tomatoes and 2 boiled eggs.
Toss with dressing just before serving.
